sometimes things spin out of control
(much like the trajectory of soccer balls that i kicked)
not because they are unavoidable
effort? skill? i think i have neither, nor the determination to refuse
i mean, they're just looking for something pure
[edit: for a lack of a better word!! not meant to be dirrty]
i'm distancing myself, unpurposely, from social contacts
although i'm always available on msn and phone
(sidenote: i love and hate msn for its connectivity)
there's nothing much to talk about
apart from army, uni or worklife - i realise we aren't together anymore
maybe everybody's feeling the same?
the things that orbits our lives never change
it makes for boring conversations after overexposure
it's great to meet up with people after time has passed

i'm not trying to sound poetic, just that the things that pop out in my mind happen to be in point form, really. they zip through your mind so fast that conjoining them into sentences will slow down the thinking. lalala...
oh, i've drafted an irate letter which is to be slotted into my neighbours' (namely the ones on the 11th and 13th floors) letter boxes. here goes:
To my dearest neighbour who lives above me,
I love to sun-dry clothes. They smell so fresh and they dry really fast. It’s really convenient to hang the clothes out of the kitchen window, when all the washing is done in the machine in the kitchen, don’t you think so? :):):) [edit: fakes wide grin here]
Then again, it’s quite upsetting to learn that my beautiful sun-dried clothes aren’t so dry anymore, because they’re getting showers of love from upstairs, well, literally…
So, will you (please) STOP hanging wet clothes out of the window? [this is where I bare my teeth and out flows a deluge of swearing from my mouth, not unlike how a train opens its doors and releases a city of blue-collared workers rushing for time]
You may want to spin-dry your clothes first before hanging; I know wringing clothes by hand is tough.
